Heh, I looked through their forum and it's rather hilarious how many of them bitch about "spelling and grammer." I can't say I'm surprised she thinks "all of your story" are "under violation" - most of them don't seem to be particularly bright or self-aware.
Yeah, I understand why you wouldn't want to turn it off and it doesn't have to be forever (and I will point out that if anons with good intentions want to comment, it's very easy to create a ff.net account). I just think anon commenting is a privilege, not a right, and you're under no obligation to give people a forum to spew misogynistic hate speech and threats at you.
Since these people are clearly hiding behind the anonymity, thinking they can say what they want with no repercussions (Lifequasher says this flat out: "You can't report this review bitch, I didn't sign in so that you can't stalk me like you do those CU assholes"), it just seems like shutting off anon comments - at least temporarily - would be a good course of action.
